I had very short notice for an appointment opening at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN but Fetch!was able to get us a sitter right away. Jaime was INCREDIBLE with our 3 typically skittish fur babies. She was incredibly patient and thorough, providing us detailed updates on each pet and pictures. Our pets are typically skittish to strangers but they took to her, even my senior Chihuahua. I used to mainly book on Rover, but I encountered some problems with unreliable sitters and scheduling mishaps. When I joined Fetch!, I had a direct conversation with Jill, the owner, who assured me that she personally hires, trains, and supervises all her staff, and that they all undergo background checks. She also told me that they have a backup sitter ready in case of any emergency, which gives me peace of mind. Fetch! is similar to Rover in that they provide a detailed report of each walk, including the duration, distance, map, and any incidents that occurred. I also appreciated the opportunity to meet Emily in the  free introductory visit, so that my dog could get to know her. Jill (the owner) was very easy to work with, as she responded to all my inquiries quickly and warmly. Thank you, Emily, Jill, and the entire Fetch! team.

The sitters went above and beyond for us and gave us a lot of comfort that our babies were doing okay with regular pictures and updates.
